Kelsie rich
After graduating from Western Carolina University with degrees in both Entrepreneurship and Hospitality & Tourism Management, Kelsie stayed right here in Jackson County and joined the team at Castle Ladyhawke. Over the last 8 years, she has developed a strong passion for bringing wedding and event dreams to life. She’s thrilled to continue that passion with Sylva Social! Her other interests include cooking, traveling, and playing volleyball.

Hunter Ingram
After trading coastal Florida for the mountains, Hunter now calls Western North Carolina home. From Castle Ladyhawke Weddings to Sylva Social celebrations, she brings a refined eye for design and a people-first approach to every event she plans. She is passionate about creating thoughtful, elevated experiences that feel both personal and seamless. Outside of work, you’ll find her hiking or tending to her houseplants.
Sales Manager
Mason Jones
Originally from Forest City, NC, she loves connecting with people and helping each client create an event that feels uniquely theirs. Her favorite part of the job? Meeting new clients, hearing their ideas, and never knowing who might be on the other end of the phone.
When she’s not helping bring events to life, Mason enjoys hiking, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with her two miniature Dachshunds, Otis and Peppa.

Sandra Calle
With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality and events, Sandra brings a genuine love of connection and a passion for creating meaningful celebrations. Originally from France, she has always enjoyed bringing people together, and today, she especially loves helping couples bring their wedding dreams to life.
When she’s not working with couples, Sandra can usually be found traveling, trying out a new restaurant, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time at home with her partner and their two cats, Suki and Six.

Carley Birch
A Western North Carolina native, Carley has been behind the camera for more than a decade, photographing and filming weddings and events. She has a natural eye for the in-between moments – the laughs, happy tears, little details, and everything that makes a celebration feel like you. Her work blends a candid perspective with thoughtful storytelling, creating photos and films that feel genuine, personal, and true to the people in them.
Away from work, Carley enjoys spending time with her family, getting a little too ambitious in the garden, hunting for hidden gems at thrift stores, and finding any excuse to spend time outdoors.
